Steps for filling in Form:

Step 1: DOWNLOAD form.
Step 2: Complete personal contact details and the course that will be conducted.
Step 3: Give date/s which will be be required for your room with quantity of people attending.
Step 4: After reading the Terms & Conditions, sign manually or digitally.
Step 5: PRESS the submit button, an email box should automatically open to send directly to us.

Once sent we will review your request and will attend to it as soon as possible. You will receive confirmation via email with the same form sent back with your room number and authorizing signature.
